This coffee is an excellent example of coffee grown by women of Huila.
The ripest cherries are picked by hand and dried in greenhouses. This allow coffee beans dry in the excellent conditions.
Coffees are Madremonte coffee owes its exceptional quality not only to the fertile soils and ideal climate of Huila but also to the meticulous care and expertise of these women producers. Each bean is a testament to their skill and dedication, carrying within it the essence of the land they call home.
Origin: Huila region, western slopes of the Colombian Andes
Producer: Women-led farming collectives via the Coocentral cooperative
Elevation: Grown at altitudes above 1,800 metres above sea level
Processing: Fully washed
